そして踏み出しましょう！』
－障がい者福祉の基本的スタンスと関係機関の役割－
パネリストは、町長はじめ 各福祉法人の理事長、親の会会長、養護学校長、当事者代表。
助言者として、昨年度もお越しいただいていた 隠岐の島の福祉にも携わったことのある大学教授のお二人。
司会進行に役場の方や、福祉施設長、そして、隠岐の島の福祉の第一人者であるH氏。
頂いていた資料を帰った晩に読みました。各団体の事業概要、基本理念などで紹介がありました。
その中でも、隠岐養護学校の校長先生が書かれたものが、とてもいいな～と思い、2回読みました。
その一部をところどころ抜粋しながら、紹介します。
（これは、年度当初の学校運営方針の一部だそうです）
『毎日59名もの人間が、それぞれの生活の場所から、島のど真ん中にある隠岐
養護学校の校舎に集います。そして、「学ぶ－教える」という営みを通して、児童
生徒も私たちもそれぞれに自分自身の豊かな生活と人生のあゆみを作り上げて
いくことになります。 児童生徒にとっても、私たちにとっても“豊かな育ちの一年
になることを祈念します。
本校の校訓は、
「仲よく、明るく、たくましく」です。
「仲よく」とは、
他者に依存しながら自立していくこと、
他者との豊か関わりの中で、弱みを見せたり、愚痴をこぼしたりしながら、
しっかり他者に助けられながら、他者を励まし、他者の助ける力を育てて
いきたいものだと思います。
「明るく」とは、まず「笑顔」であること。
大人のすてきな笑顔にたっぷりふれて、
子どもたちもすてきな笑顔の持ち主になると思います。
「たくましく」とは、
現状の自分に満足しないで、「明日の自分」に向かって歩みだすこと。
矛盾しているように見えますが、そのためにも、「今の自分にしっかり満足
すること」がその出発点です。
子どもたちとふれあう日々の積み重ねの中で、保護者のみなさんと子どもたちの
姿を共有していく中で、私たち教職員自身が「仲よく、明るく、たくましく」育っていき
たいと思います。その向こうに、きっとすてきな子どもたちの姿が生まれてくるもの
と信じています。
笑顔あふれる子どもに育っていくためには、私たち大人のすてきな笑顔にたっぷ
りとふれていく必要があります。まず、学級担任の先生方は教室で、授業で大人の
すてきな笑顔をしっかり見せてください。学級担任の先生方にすてきな笑顔が見ら
れるよう私たちは、しっかり応援をし、励まし、支えていきたいと思います。同時に、
しんどい状況にある先生方を気遣い、支え合い、励まし合う「同僚性」を発揮して、
「支え合い、育ち合う教職員集団」になっていこうではありませんか。』

おごった感じのない言葉に、ものすごく惹かれます。
自分も他者も大切に・・・。
「すてきな大人の笑顔」・・・・・こんな言葉が、出てくる方、すてきだな～と思います。
大人も幸せになること。
これも、本当に 同感です。
子ども為に・・・・自分を犠牲に・・は、子どもたちは嬉しくないと思いますし、、
とはいえ、言うは、簡単です。現実は様々ありますから、
「大人同士も気遣い、支え合い、励まし合う」・・・・本当に、そういうことが大切ですね。
もうひとつ「他者依存しながら、自立すること」
これが、もうドンピシャ私の目標とするところで・・(*^_^*)
子育ての中で一番大事に思う事、私の根底には、
「自分で、自分を殺さない人に・・・」
自分で自分を追い込み過ぎないような人になってくれれば・・・というのが、
ダントツ一番です。
もう、それが、出来ていたら、一生幸せに生きれるんじゃないだろうか と思っています。
・・・人を頼って欲しいと思ってます。
大いに頼って、自分のご機嫌は、自分で取れて、結果、周りに心配をかけない人。
それが、一番だと思います。
頼りながらも、周りに「あ～ぁ この子は、大丈夫だな～」と思わせて生きていくことが出来る人。
子どもたちには、そんな大人になって欲しいと思ってます。
それ以外は、そのずーっと後、本人たちが考えて決めることだと・・・
まぁ、言っている事が、私自身実践できているかといえば？？？？ですが・・(^_^;)
フォーラムの中では、本当に勉強になることがたくさんありました。

気づいたこと、大切にしたいこと 書いておきます。
糸賀一雄の思想
「この子らを世の光に」
ハンディある人、障がいのある人の、側についている者の心が育てられる。
「身体」「知能」の障がいが重い子どもたちは、それだけ人とのつながりが大きい。
何もかも分からないように思えるが、つながりを感じている。
人間は、からだ（動く）・知能（考える）・こころ（感じる、つながる）から成り立っている。
からだ、知能が障がいされていると、こころのつながりが大きい。
そこに、人間と人間の関係があるということ。
人間と人間の関係が豊かになれば、
人は生きている喜びを感じながら
人生を送ることが出来る 社会となるであろう。
