図書館から、借りてきて 昨日今日で読みました。
中村清志先生が
講演会の冒頭に話された 書籍です。
アマゾンで検索したものと、
私の手元にある本とは表紙が違いますが、
内容は同じはずです。
「子どもは、闇で育つことがある。」
・・・講演会でも、おっしゃていました。
なんでもかんでも親が入り込むと、
子どもの成長のチャンスを奪うことがある・・
親の知らないところでしか育たないこともあるんでしょうねー。
子供のことをむずかしく考えすぎていませんか?
親子関係に迷い、悩んだとき読んでください。
親は、うまれて来る子の性別も容姿も頭のよさも性格も健康も、あるがままに受けとめるしかない。その上で「親ができること」をさぐり、なんとか一緒に生きていく。子供も他者であり、親の思いどおりにはいかない。個々の魅力に気づき、それぞれのちがいを財産だと思って、喜ぶべきではないかと著者は言う。大事なのは「時代の基準」ではなく「その子の現実」であり、「親が子供にしてやれることの基準」は、「他ならぬその子」にしかないのだと。
「一般的基準を忘れて愛する」「言葉より深いものを子供は読みとる」「可能性がある、ということの恐さ」「幸福を感じる心」「人生の意味」……子供が教えてくれる大切なこと。それは親をも育んでくれる。
「子供は親の成熟する場所」だった、という三児の父である著者が、温かい眼差しで語った心穏やかになる親子論。 （アマゾン商品説明より）
「基準」・・これに左右されずに、我が子を見てやりたい。そう思います。
学校の中での基準。社会の基準。その基準の中にいれば、幸せか？
我が子の幸せを願っていきたい。
この本を読んで、良かったのは、この言葉に出会えたこと。↓
「大目にみてやる」・・・社会では、決して通用しないであろうことも、家庭の中では、大目にみてやる。
大人だって、外の顔と、家に帰ってきたときの顔とは、違う。
子どもにだって、同じように、「まぁ いいか～」と、大目に見てやりたい。
正しいことが 分かっていて、そのように行動出来る人もいるが、
正しいことが何か は、分かっていても、その通りに出来ない人もいる。
だいたいの人は、後者ではないだろうか？
家庭では、生身の人間というものを知るところ。
メモ的に書き出しました。
説明できるほど、理解できていませんが、
今を 楽しむ。
何でも 幸せに 感じることが 大切だと 思いました。
