心理学って、ハタチくらいの時にも興味があって、本を読んだりしたけれど、、、人の心を読む的な 内容のものだった。その本に書かれていることを元に考えて行くと、『私は、こんなにも いけないことを考えている人間なのか？』と、気分が悪くなった経験がある。笑
この本は、そんな遊びのレベルの内容ではない。
この本を手にした理由は、アマゾンで、「人気！」と出ていたから・・・(*^_^*)

人の名前だろうって事は、分かるけれど、
心理学者だとは、知らない。
その私が
1日で、読めた。
しかも、面白かった。
また、読みたい！と思えた。
約1年前の暮れに発行されています。
そして、この図書館にあったものは、
3ヶ月で、8回目の増刷！
当時から、人気があったのでしょうね。
なっこに、発達障がいや知的障がいがあることがわかってから、、、
「どうして、うちの子が？」
「これから先の未来、私たち家族は、不幸を背負うことになるのか？」
「どうして、障がい者は、社会的弱者と呼ばれてしまうのか？」
「私たちは、特別な存在として、社会に助けて欲しい、守ってほしいと訴え続けるのか？」
「きょうだいは、大変なのか？」
と、一気に不安が押し寄せてきました。
ただ、なっこに障がいがあることが分かったというだけで、ある先生に、のらりくらり、
不安の種を 相談し続けていた ある日、
「問題は、起こったときに考えましょう。
問題は、起きるかもしれないし、起きないかもしれません。」
と、はっきりと言われたことがありました。
その時、少し、私、傷ついたんですねっ。
それというもの、、なっこは特別な存在で、特別な家族として、
社会に甘えて過ごしていこうという感覚があったのだ ということに自分自身気づいたから・・・。
不幸なんです。助けてください。 的な・・・・。
同時に、
自分の足で、歩かないと、どうにもならない。。。
絶対 幸せに、なれない。と気づいたように思います。
この本にもありました。
『あなたの不幸は、あなた自身が「選んだ」もの』
その後、目が覚めた私は、
少しづつ 変わっていたように 思います。
『なっこの存在は、普通の子どもたちと 何ら違うことはない』というところに私の考えを
持って行きたくて、
例えて言うと、さっきの疑問に対しての答えを まず 明確にして、
そのあとに、私自身が納得いく理由付けや、考え方を探し続けてきました。
「どうして、うちの子が？」
なっこが、我が家に来たかったから
「これから先の未来、私たち家族は、不幸を背負うことになるのか？」
ならない。幸せになる。
「どうして、障がい者は、社会的弱者と呼ばれてしまうのか？」
社会的弱者にさせられているだけではないか？
「私たちは、特別な存在として、社会に助けて欲しい、守ってほしいと訴え続けるのか？」
特別な存在ではない。代弁をしていくだけ。
「きょうだいは、大変なのか？」
ハンディあるきょうだい児がいるから、大変とは決まっていない。
健常児だけの家庭が 羨ましい。
この子が普通であれば・・・。
言葉には、しなくても、感情では、そう思ったこともあったかもしれません。
アドラーの言葉に、こういうのがあるそうです。
『大切なのは なにが与えられているか ではなく、与えられたものをどう使うかである。』
